I ran my own retail and ecommerce store for 10 years before selling it earlier this year. Since then I've been helping other small business owners do what I did — build a real online presence and actually grow it.

That business grew to over half a million dollars in annual sales before I sold it — in a small, niche corner of the craft goods industry, so the growth came the slow way, not from a lucky break in a huge market. It was a brick-and-mortar shop as much as an online one, and I personally migrated it across three platforms over the years — WordPress and WooCommerce, then Lightspeed, then Shopify. I know what actually breaks in a migration because I've broken it myself, on my own business.

Beyond the store, I bring three decades of hands-on experience in design and web development, with formal training in design behind it. In practice that means I write the CSS and Liquid myself when a theme needs real customization — not just configure what a template already does.
